These starter terms govern access to the ForgeSpan website and training platform. Review them before public launch and update them as paid services and business operations are finalized.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ForgeSpan, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or training platform.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. ForgeSpan may require users to meet minimum age requirements and may suspend access when account information is false, security is compromised or these terms are violated.
Fitness Disclaimer
Exercise involves risk. ForgeSpan provides general fitness programming and informational tools, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy or emergency services. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program when health conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy or other concerns apply. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms.
Use of the Training Platform
Plans are generated from information supplied by the user and cannot account for every physical, environmental or equipment-related risk. Users remain responsible for exercise technique, equipment setup, load selection, surroundings and deciding whether an activity is appropriate.
Paid Features and Billing
Some ForgeSpan features may require payment. Prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation rules and any trial conditions will be presented at or before purchase. Additional subscription terms may apply to specific services.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape protected content, upload malicious code, impersonate another person or use ForgeSpan for unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
ForgeSpan names, logos, software, designs, training content and other materials are owned by ForgeSpan or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the service does not transfer ownership.
Third-Party Services
ForgeSpan may connect with third-party hosting, authentication, payment, analytics or communication services. ForgeSpan is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Availability and Changes
The service may change, experience interruptions or discontinue features. ForgeSpan may update the product, these terms or access requirements as the business develops.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeSpan is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that every plan, feature or result will meet a particular expectation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeSpan and its owners, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
ForgeSpan may suspend or terminate access for violations, security concerns, nonpayment or misuse. Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or cancellation terms.
